If you need a good (free) image viewer application which can handle Jpeg2000 images, I recommend Faststone Viewer. Faststone handles all my image browsing needs. Faststone also makes it easy to convert files to Jpeg2000 and other formats. And did I mention that it's free?

If you can't see the images, you should install the free Jpeg2000 plugin from Morgan-Multimedia or elsewhere:
